Rio started DJing back in 1991 by testing his skill from competition to competiion. A year later he got his first residency at Fire Disco in Jakarta before he went to Sydney, Australia to finish his study in Audio Engineering in 1993 and also granted Australian DMC DJ School Certificate while in the same time
he educated his DJ experiences by playing regularly in a club called Underground Café
Ever since he flew back, he has been playing pretty much at all big and best clubs
all over Jakarta area. Highlights include Fire Disco (residency), Champions Café (residency), Ebony, Poster, M-Club (residency), Jalan Jalan (residency), Parkit, Barbados, Blowfish, Dragonfly, X2, Dizzy Lounge (residency), Vertigo (residency), Imperium Club (residency), Amarone Bistro (residency) as well as events in other cities such as Bogor, Bandung, Jogja, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Bali, Lombok and Manado
In 2012 he moved to Bali to expand his music style into Chill Out, Downtempo,
Tropical House, Deep House, Nu-Disco and House
At first he worked for an Italian Resto & Lounge named Al Dente as Music Director & DJ
After he finished his contract, he start working for Cocoon Beach Club Bali up until now, where the music played differently during Brunch, Sunset Session & Dinner time
Being a Music Coordinator and resident DJ, he shares the deck with mostly well known International DJ from Ibiza, HedKandi, & Ministry Of Sound.
In the middle of 2017 he also become part of an openning team of Club Soka in Legian, Bali as an
Entertainment Manager
